Welcome to VantaJax, operated by Vanta Collective LLC ("Vanta Collective LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using vantajax.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Accuracy Disclaimer

VantaJax is a community-powered directory. We do our best to verify listings, but we cannot guarantee that all information — including business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, and descriptions — is accurate, current, or complete.

Listings are submitted by community members and reviewed by our team before publishing. However, Vanta Collective LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or reliability of any listing on the Site. Use of any information found on the Site is at your own risk.

2. Community Submissions

Anyone may suggest a business for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a suggestion, you represent that:

  • The business is real and located in or serving Jacksonville, FL.
  • You are not submitting false, misleading, or malicious information.
  • You have no expectation that your submission will be published — all submissions are subject to review and editorial discretion.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at any time for any reason.

3. Owner Accounts

Business owners may claim their listing on VantaJax to manage their information. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Not claim a listing for a business you do not own or have authority to represent.

Vanta Collective LLC reserves the right to revoke access or remove listings that violate these Terms or that we determine in our sole discretion are harmful to the community.

4. Intellectual Property

The VantaJax name, logo, and site design are the property of Vanta Collective LLC. Business names, logos, and descriptions submitted by owners or the community remain the property of their respective owners.

By submitting content to VantaJax (including business descriptions, images, or other materials), you grant Vanta Collective LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site and in related communications for the purpose of operating the directory.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Vanta Collective LLC's original content without written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Submit false or misleading business information.
  • Harass, defame, or harm any business or individual listed on the Site.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Site without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Vanta Collective LLC.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanta Collective LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content found on the Site.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed $0.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
